Surprise at Check-in!

Checked in to find a free upgrade to a suite! The touch-screen controls were fun to play with, and the staff made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable.

However, we faced issues with the air-conditioning, limiting our comfort at night. It felt frustrating to deal with maintenance while on vacation, which dampened the experience.

Couldn't recommend more for a couple of nights

Friendly staff, cozy room, and excellent amenities made our stay enjoyable. the staff attentively checked in on us daily, and the cozy room featured a comfortable bed and flat-screen TV for our downtime.

my stay at axel two berlin, adults only was fantastic! the location is amazing, with metro stations close by. i loved the electric kettle in the room, perfect for tea. breakfast was delicious! the housekeeping staff was incredibly professional, making me feel right at home.

Just two minutes to the metro and a panoramic restaurant view made exploring easy. While the location is a bit suburban, the ambiance and hospitality more than compensated.

Just a top selection for a budget stay in Berlin with incredible value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful with all my inquiries. Make sure to check on breakfast options since it's a bit pricey at 20 Euros.
